"Ryan is truly incredible! My three year old son received speech therapy through a handful of other therapists, and it wasn’t until we met Ryan that I thought speech therapy was going to actually work for us. He’s very bubbly and has a personality that just draws kids in. He’s able to redirect any frustration from my son with a different approach, and that truly has made all the difference with our sessions. I’d recommend him over and over again!"

"I've known and worked with Ryan since 2018. I've had the pleasure of watching him grow as a therapist and have to say, Ryan is amazing! He is courteous and kind to all of his patients. He makes therapy strategies fun by incorporating play. I was a school teacher, and have been a Child Development Specialist for 20 plus years. In this field there are Speech Pathologists who rise above the norm, and Ryan is in this category."

"Ryan is an absolutely amazing speech pathologist whose expertise has produced remarkable results in my little ones abilities to begin a new stage in her life. My granddaughter has cerebral palsy, cortical blindness, is g-tube fed, and has a tracheostomy tube. She is bed and wheelchair bound and will never be able to walk. We have a team of therapist’s for her but was absent a speech therapist until we were blessed with Ryan. He came in and I immediately felt his enthusiasm to help. He went to work right away when I explained that I believed my granddaughter was trying to communicate with blinking her eyes. Ryan agreed and he proved my hunch right and I have witnessed miracle after miracle since. Ryan went immediately into DO mode. He applied and received approval for a speech device that gives her the ability to express her needs and wants through her eyes. Ryan also worked with our mobility services to get a wheelchair mount and also got approval for a bedside mount for the device. He is also helping me with information to be able to get more software for the device. Ryan even brought in a loaner device so we could get started right away helping my granddaughter with communicating. Ryan expressed to me that he didn’t just "think" she will be achieving great things, but he also "believes" she will! Ryan works diligently with her to prepare her for possible eating in the future and I can feel more miracles on the way! I’m so happy and so appreciative with and of Ryan. He is fun to be around and I absolutely love his confidence and his beautiful demeanor. We are so thankful Ryan is a part of our amazing team of therapists for my beloved granddaughter!."

"I've been a practicing Speech-Language Pathology Assistant for 15 years and have known Ryan for 5. We met by chance and fate had its way of making sure that we continued to cross paths as we dove into our speech therapy careers. I have personally worked with him while treating pediatric clients and have been in awe at the kindness he takes into his therapy sessions. He is knowledgeable, uses a variety of techniques to achieve goals, is in tune with his clients and shares his knowledge with parents and caregivers to achieve success.
I've seen Ryan challenge himself by seeking out the most current practices, educating himself in areas that will benefit his clientele, and surrounding himself with experts in the field that are invested in him and his client's success.
By choosing Not Too Little Speech Therapy to assist with your speech therapy needs, I know you will experience good communication, fair and accurate evaluations, excellent care, attentive and focused therapy sessions with proven results.."

"I first worked with Ryan in the fall of 2020 when I supervised him for a clinical practicum in a Nevada charter school as he was completing graduate work at Nevada State University in Las Vegas. I was extremely impressed with his growth in therapy, evaluation and written report writing skills during that time. Specifically, he was diligent in researching background information to enhance his service delivery skills in areas where he possessed limited familiarity. He impressed me, as well, with his ability to adjust his communication style as he switched between working with early elementary age students to middle & high school students. Ryan adapted well to expanding his evaluation repertoire as he learned to appropriately select and use new evaluation measures and then translate results into informative written evaluation reports.
It has been especially heartwarming to me to follow Ryan as he transitioned from graduate student to ASHA certified speech-language pathologist. A mentor knows their mentee has achieved professional success when one realizes that this person possesses more professional knowledge in certain areas than the former mentor! I have been so impressed lately as Ryan and I have had conversations about his private practice. It is very clear to me as a certified SpeechLanguage Pathologist that Ryan has taken his previous education and experience as a student of Voice and taken it to a higher level as he described to me potential services he could provide to both children and adults exhibiting a range of Voice disorders. I can see, as well, that he has taken his previous experience in early intervention therapy and expanded this as he plans service delivery to care-givers, and children as well, to provide appropriate support in feeding, oral-motor and communication growth.
In summary, I have every confidence that Ryan will be a very compassionate, professional Speech Pathologist delivering a wide range of services to children, families, and adults as well."
