Thank you for considering our company for your therapeutic needs. While we are currently fully committed, we welcome you to add your name to our waiting list.

I would like to inform you that our services are mobile, and we exclusively provide in-home visits. Because we do not have a fixed clinic location, our waiting list is managed as a lottery system that takes clinician availability and patient proximity into account.

For your reference, we provide in-home visits to the following zip codes: 89031, 89081 (West of I 15), 89084, 89085, 89086, 89107, 89108, 89128, 89129, 89130, 89131 (South of Moccasin Rd.), 89134, 89143, 89144, 89145, and 89149, as well as the Providence and Kyle Canyon areas of 89166.

Currently, we accept Nevada Medicaid ("straight medicaid"), Anthem Medicaid, United HealthCare - Healthcare Plan of Nevada Medicaid, Molina Medicaid, Silver Summit, Cigna, and Ambetter insurances. Please note that we are not accepting cash payments at this time.
